此系統全自動化運作，不需要專人負責，多重檢核機制確保一定會錄到。如果攝影機連線有問題，系統會主動通知，避免因為技術問題影響到課程的錄製。而攝影機的架設高度會高於學生上課視線，不會擋到學生。

在音質方面，iLearning 錄課系統具有內建麥克風收音，或可選擇外接 3.5 mm 音源輸入，音質達到 CD 等級，非常清晰。影片檔案也不會太大，一小時的錄影檔約 1 GB，適合教育單位使用。

此外，iLearning 錄課系統可以根據教室課表自動錄影，也可遠端透過電腦、手機、平板、遙控器遙控錄影。對於長時間且頻繁使用，也無須擔心壽命問題，能夠長時間使用且壽命長。

至於影片的品質，拍攝畫面不會扭曲，也不會變形。對於黑板白板，系統具有字體強化功能，保證書寫版的字拍攝清楚。對於投影機與電視，有寬動態功能，也能確保文字拍攝清楚。

錄影影片的傳輸非常方便，派課給學生看只需要 0.5 秒，學生也可使用 STB® 4 K 上課機、電腦、 Mac 、 iPhone 、 iPad 、安卓手機、平板等多種裝置觀看影片。學生觀看影片是安全的，需要帳號密碼才能觀看影片，且影片無法拷貝，避免影片的外流。

最後，對於未來的擴充也十分容易，可以擴充多機位拍攝、多教室、電腦螢幕錄製、後製剪輯等各種應用。 iLearning 錄課系統以其全面的功能與優異的性能，已成為教育單位錄課與直播的首選工具。
